Raw Raw Raw!!

I think we’ve finally created a great selection of  Raw Food options that we can sustain- even if it gets super busy! Our Collard Wraps with cashew pate, avo, carrots and and assortment of  fun veggies has really been a hit. It took awhile to be able to offer it on a consistent basis, due to lack of good organic greens, but as we tentatively step into summer this should get easier and easier.

We make these wraps ahead daily so they’re ready to grab and go. We’ve also had a lot of success with our Raw Zucchini Noodles with Pumpkin Seed Pesto. The raw zucchini spiralized with tasty pesto, chopped tomatoes and sunflower seeds fills you up but doesn’t weigh you down. Our Raw Zucchini Hummus with homemade flax crackers has been something we’ve been able to be consistent with from the get go. Paired with the Raw Kale Salad or the Raw Jicama Salad makes for a great lunch on the go.

Our goal is to be able to offer fresh Raw Food choices on a daily basis.  By offering a few select items consistently it gives our customers a chance to settle into their favorites and gives our staff a chance to learn all the intricacies involved in serving and preparing these items.
